Rob joined MMS in May 2022, and has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services, Wealth Management, Disability and Healthcare, including roles as Managing Director of Bankwest, CEO of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and prior to joining MMS, Rob was CEO of Zenitas Healthcare.

Antonia Albanese

Chief Executive Officer - Group Remuneration Services

Antonia commenced with MMS in August 2025 and brings with her more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services, healthcare and NDIS sectors. Prior to her time at MMS, Antonia held the position as CEO at Zenitas Healthcare and Executive management roles in banking and finance at Bankwest and Commonwealth Bank. Antonia has a strong commitment to business transformation, strategic growth and excelling in customer experience. With a track record of strong commercial acumen and leading teams that deliver exceptional results, Antonia is passionate about providing services that reflect customer expectations. Antonia is a graduate of the University of South Australia.

Adam Morrison

Chief Executive Officer – Asset Management Services

Adam joined MMS as part of the Interleasing acquisition in 2010. He has a strong finance background having commenced his career at GE Commercial Finance in 1998. Throughout his tenure at MMS, Adam has held leadership roles across the full spectrum of the Asset Management business segment, before being appointed to the role of Group Executive, Asset Management (Australia & New Zealand) in July 2018. His broad and deep experience has had significant impact in creating value from a commercial pricing, client acquisition, customer experience, internal procurement as well as operational and risk management perspective. Adam is responsible for creating Interleasing’s first Principal & Agents Agreement, and was instrumental in developing new funding products for the group including rent to purchase and FlexiPoint lease alternatives. More recently, Adam has overseen the establishment and management of the JustHonk Used Car sites of which he is the Dealer Principal.

Verity Gilpin

Chief Executive Officer – Plan & Support Services

Verity joined MMS in June 2023 and has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining MMS, Verity was CEO of BOQ Finance. Verity is a proactive and agile Executive with a track record of success building engaged teams, lean operating models, calmly navigating risks and leading growth and transformation within ASX200 and global blue-chip companies. Success has been founded on strategic career decisions, a growth mindset and the drive to deliver impactful and sustainable outcomes for shareholders, customers, employees and the community. Verity holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and completed the McKinsey & Company Australia and New Zealand Executive Leadership Program.

Paul Varro 

Chief Financial Officer

Paul was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer in January 2025. Prior to joining MMS, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer at Latitude Financial Services (LFS). He has also held several senior executive and board positions with LFS, including Chief Commercial Officer, Executive General Manager, Pay and Insurance, Group Treasurer, and CFO Consumer Finance (GE). Paul's career includes experience in financial services across Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, and United States. A chartered accountant, he began his career with Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Business Law.

Helene Gordon

Chief People Officer

Helene joined MMS in October 2022, to lead our People and Property teams. In May 2023, this expanded to also include Corporate Communications and Government Relations and Sustainability, due to their overall alignment with People & Culture. Helene is a results-orientated and commercially focused business leader with extensive experience in national and global organisations across diverse industries including SaaS, financial services, retail, telecommunications, and property. Prior to joining MMS, Helene was the Chief People Officer of Thryv Australia (formerly Sensis Pty Ltd). Passionate about our people and their contribution to making a difference to our customers’ lives, our culture, and business performance, Helene has a Bachelor of Business (HR & Marketing from Monash University), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors – GAICD, and a Fellow of Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI).

Anthony Vella

Chief Transformation Officer

Anthony joined MMS in June 2023. He is an industrious and creative professional who has held executive leadership positions at Bankwest (a division of the Commonwealth Bank), the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), and Zenitas Healthcare. Has 20+ years of employment experience across Strategy, Risk, and Transformation roles in finance, disability services, and aged care. In addition, has consulted on risk management as a subject matter expert in the field of education. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business, an Executive Master in Change and a Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation.
